2. Package the items securely in their original packaging
3. Include the Return Authorization number and original receipt

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned stationery or art supplies, we will process your refund:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after we receive the return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable art supplies.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchange Policy
